St. Mary School is designed to meet the spiritual, academic, social, physical, and emotional needs of each student. Our school embraces scripture-based truths, values, and practices.
We promote an atmosphere of communication, cooperation, and caring within our school, parish, and community.
Religion - Classes are taught daily. Catholic Christian beliefs and morals are taught throughout the school day in a variety of settings. Students in grades 1-8 attend Mass weekly.

Reading - Reading and phonics are stressed in the primary grades. Our reading program integrates reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills into the curriculum.
Math - Our emphasis is on the basics and problem solving. Computers are available to enhance student learning
Science - A developmental program using text, experimental lab and technology. A school-wide science fair is held regularly.
Technology - Complete with a thirty-station computer lab staffed with a part-time teaching assistant, technical consultant, and part-time administrator. Additionally, there is a resource lab complete with twelve computers.
Music - Students attend music class twice each week with our full-time music teacher for instruction in music basics, appreciation and religious music.

Physical Education - Students attend PE class twice each week with our full-time teacher.
Library - The school library contains a current collection of books and periodicals. Staffed by a full-time librarian, the program enhances curriculum.
Parents - Participation is encouraged, enthusiastic, and widespread throughout the school. Parents volunteer their services as tutors, aides, chaperones, lunch servers, and librarians, to name but a few.
